Teez1 is a hyperlocal grocery delivery service operating in Tando Adam, delivering essential items from partner stores directly to customers’ doorsteps. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to improve our services or meet legal requirements.

Account Creation & Responsibilities

To use Teez1 services, you must create an account with accurate personal information including your name, phone number, delivery address, and live location where required. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility. Providing false information, fake addresses, or invalid contact details may lead to order cancellation or account suspension.

Ordering & delivery

When you place an order through Teez1, you authorize us and our partner stores to fulfill the items as listed. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, store availability, and rider distance. Fast delivery options may be available for an additional charge, while standard delivery follows a pre-set window. Deliveries are restricted to specific service areas. If a location falls outside our coverage, the system may automatically decline the order.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed in the app are set by partner stores or Teez1 and may change without prior notice. Payments may be made through online pre-payment methods or cash-on-delivery where applicable. Additional delivery fees, weight-based charges, or fast-delivery charges may apply. Any promotional discounts or vouchers must be used within their validity period and according to their respective conditions.

Product Availability & Substitution

Certain items may be temporarily unavailable due to store stock issues. In such cases, Teez1 may contact you to offer a replacement or adjust your order. If multiple items are unavailable, the order may be partially or fully cancelled. Refunds for unavailable items will be processed according to our refund policy.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Teez1 platform by engaging in fraudulent activities, reselling items purchased through the app, interfering with the app’s operations, or attempting to manipulate prices or offers. Any misuse may result in account termination without notice.

Liability Disclaimer

Teez1 acts as a facilitator between stores and customers. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we are not responsible for damages caused by store-handled products. We are also not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, rider emergencies, weather conditions, or network issues. Using the platform is at your own discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under local jurisdiction in accordance with applicable regulations.
